You have 12 hours from the purchase to make a change to the order. Orders are processed between 2-4 business days. After your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification to track your package. Please wait 24 hours for the system to update. You will receive your order between 15-20 business days from the date of shipment. Keep in mind that this is only an estimate and dependent on the delivery option and the carrier. Compass is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed as delivered.
Please be advised that all purchases are final sale and non-refundable, except in the event there was an error in your order and/or you have received a defective item.
Returns must be done within the first 15 calendar days, from the date you received the product. The item must be in its original state, unused, unwashed, not altered, not damaged and with the original labels attached. Shipping costs are non-refundable and you'll be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item.
If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
